摘要
目的分析评价2017级临床医学三年制学生试卷,为评定教学效果和教学质量提供依据,进而提高教学质量,以达到为北京基层地区培养较高素质的全科基层卫生技术人才的目的。方法对2017级临床医学三年制学生的临床药理学考试试卷进行总结,并对试卷的基本情况、难度系数(difficulty,P)、区分度(discrimination,D)、信度(reliability,α)等试卷质量相关信息进行统计分析。结果2017级临床医学专业学生临床药理学期末试卷试卷平均成绩(73.2±8.7)分,最高分90分,最低分60分,成绩近似正态分布。试卷总体难度系数为0.7,难度适中;平均区分度为0.22,能有效的区分考生水平;信度为0.79,说明试卷内容信度较好,能够达到考试大纲的要求,客观如实地反映了试卷的的稳定性和可靠性。试卷质量上试卷容易题占68.5%,中等题占22.5%,难题占9.0%,试卷区分度上,试卷区分度较好题分值占70%,一般的题分值占19%,差题分值占11.0%。结论本套临床药理学试卷整体质量较高,绝大多数试题难度适中且区分度、信度较好,能够较好的考察学生对临床药理学知识的理解与掌握程度,可以大大促进教学质量的提高。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the examination papers of grade 2017 clinical medicine three-year program students,so as to provide the basis for evaluating the teaching effect and teaching quality.By using this method,the teaching quality can be improved,so as to training high-quality grass-roots health technical personnel for Beijing grass-roots areas.Methods The clinical pharmacology examination papers of 2017 grade clinical medicine three-year program students were summarized,and the basic information,difficulty coefficient(P),discrimination(D)and reliability(α)of the test papers were statistically analyzed.Results The average score of clinical pharmacology final examination paper of 2017 grade clinical medicine students was(73.2±8.7)points,and the highest score of 90 points and the lowest score of 60 points.The score was approximately normal distribution.The overall difficulty coefficient of the test paper is 0.7,the difficulty is moderate;the average discrimination is 0.22,which can effectively distinguish the level of candidates;the reliability is 0.79,which can meet the requirements of standardized examination and objectively reflects the accuracy and effectiveness of the test paper.In terms of test paper quality,easy questions accounted for 68.5%,medium questions accounted for 22.5%,and difficult problems accounted for 9.0%.In terms of test paper differentiation,the scores of better differentiated questions accounted for 70%,the average scores accounted for 19%,and the difference scores accounted for 11.0%.Conclusion The overall quality of this set of clinical pharmacology test paper is high,most of the test questions are moderate in difficulty and have good discrimination and reliability,which can better investigate the students'understanding and mastery of clinical pharmacology knowledge.
