体验式教学在麻醉护理临床实践培训中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨以体验式教学为主的教学模式在麻醉护理临床实践培训中的应用效果。方法通过课程设置、教学方法的构建、体验式教学结合管理工具等在麻醉专科护理基地临床实践教学(资材管理、麻醉复苏室、麻醉中监测、内镜恢复室4个区块)中的实施,对基地学员实践课程进行考核,制订学员满意度调查表及自我评量表、临床主管对学员临床能力的满意度调查表、分析进步率及期望差异,评价以体验式教学为主的教学模式在麻醉护理临床实践培训中的应用效果。结果培训后护士的操作考核成绩为(88.64±3.34)分,实践考核成绩为(89.25±5.26)分;学员对课程满意度为94.8%,自我评价满意度为97%;临床主管对学员临床能力的满意度为96.60%,进步率为18.30%,期待差异为-0.40%。结论以体验式教学为主的教学模式有利于提高学员的临床应用能力,提高麻醉专科护理核心能力,得到临床主管与学员的认可。 Objective To study the application effect of experiential teaching mode in clinical practice training of anesthesia nursing.Method Through the curriculum setting,teaching method,the experience type teaching combined with the construction of a management tool in anesthesia nurse implementation of clinical practice teaching base,the base of students to examine the practical courses,to develop students'satisfaction questionnaire and self rating scale,director of clinical satisfaction questionnaire,analysis of students'ability of clinical progress rate and expected difference,To evaluate the application effect of experience-based teaching mode in clinical practice training of anesthesia nursing.Results The scores of assessment and practice assessment were(88.64±3.34)and(89.25±5.26)respectively.Students are 94.8%satisfied with the course and 97%satisfied with self-evaluation.Clinical supervisors'satisfaction with clinical ability of trainees was 96.60%,the progress rate was 18.30%,and the expected difference was-0.40%.Conclusion The teaching mode based on experiential teaching is beneficial to improve the clinical application ability of students and the core CANMEDS ability of anesthesia specialty nurse,which is recognized by clinical supervisor and trainees.
