摘要
目的:探讨以器官系统为中心的教学模式应用在消化内科见习教学中的效果和临床教学价值。方法:本研究以齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,以2016级作为对照组,以2017级作为实验组,其中对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用“以器官系统为中心”的教学模式,对比两组教学效果。结果:实验组理论成绩为(92.46±3.46)分,实践成绩为(94.16±3.88)分,教学满意度评分为(97.24±2.27)分,均高于对照组,组间对比统计学显示具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:以器官系统为中心的教学模式应用在消化内科见习教学中可以提升临床教学效果和教学满意度,值得在临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect and clinical teaching value of organ system centered teaching model in internship teaching of Gastroenterology.Methods:This study takes the students majoring in clinical medicine in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College as the research object,takes grade 2016 as the control group and grade 2017 as the experimental group.The traditional teaching mode is adopted in the control group and the"organ system centered"teaching mode is adopted in the experimental group.The teaching effects of the two groups are compared.Results:the scores of theoretical score(92.46±3.46),practical score(94.16±3.88)and teaching satisfaction score(97.24±2.27)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of organ system centered teaching model in internship teaching of Gastroenterology can improve clinical teaching effect and teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
