摘要
分子筛是催化裂化(FCC)催化剂的主要活性组元,分子筛中引入La可以增强FCC催化剂的稳定性和选择性。文中阐述了国内外分子筛中La含量的分析方法,结合催化裂化催化剂的研发趋势,指出了分子筛中La含量分析方法的研究方向,同时为开发新的超高活性的分子筛提供分析方法,使催化剂设计更为合理,对于指导开发新型催化剂具有一定的意义。
Molecular sieves are important components in the fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)catalysts.The introduction of lanthanum in molecular sieves can enhance the stability and selectivity for the FCC catalysts.This paper expounded the application of the lanthanum analysis methods at home and abroad,determined the research orientation of the lanthanum analysis based on the research&development trend of catalytic cracking catalyst technology,and provided the analytical method for developing new-type and high-activity molecular sieve,which would make catalyst design more reasonable and have significant meaning in guiding the development of new-type catalyst.
