摘要
在国家政策的号召下,高等院校对研究生创新创业能力培养给予了大力支持。并始终把培养对社会有用的人才作为高等教育的核心,研究生教育是培养高层次人才的重要途径,传统教育模式显然落后于时代发展的脚步,且社会发展需要创新创业,提高人才培养质量需要创新创业。专业知识扎实、知识面较广,研究生更容易实现创新创业,但研究生的基本素质不强及对创新创业的认识不够,所以培养具有创新创业能力的研究生是当今社会的主要任务,也是为建设创新型国家的提供人才储备。作为高等学校应当积极响应国家号召,大力开展创新,大力支持创业。本研究通过对研究生创新创业教育模式的探索,以期为创新人才的培养指明方向,培养出更多优秀的创新型人才,推动社会的进步与发展,探索一种行之有效的培养模式。
Under the call of national policy,colleges and universities have given strong support to the cultivation of graduate innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Graduate education is an important way to train high-level talents.The traditional education mode obviously lags behind the pace of The Times.Moreover,social development requires innovation and entrepreneurship,and improving the quality of talent training requires innovation and entrepreneurship.With solid professional knowledge and a wide range of knowledge,it is easier for graduate students to realize innovation and entrepreneurship.However,the basic quality of graduate students is not strong and their understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship is not enough.Therefore,cultivating graduate students with innovation and entrepreneurship ability is the main task of today’s society,and it is also to provide talent reserve for building an innovative country.Colleges and universities should actively respond to the call of the state,vigorously carry out innovation and vigorously support entrepreneurship.This study explores the mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education for graduate students and points out the direction for the cultivation of innovative talents and cultivates more excellent innovative talents and promotes the progress and development of the society and explores an effective training mode.
