摘要
为准确监测室内火灾程度,保护人们生命财产安全,设计一种基于热释电红外传感器的室内火灾在线监测系统。系统的下位机数据采集模块通过热释电红外传感器,采集室内火灾信号,把获取的火灾信号通过单片机实时数据转移传输至GPRS数据通信模块,GPRS数据通信模块可将下位机的数据无线传输至上位机远端服务器;上位机远端服务器依据GPRS数据通信模块传输的数据,使用基于快速傅里叶变换的火焰强度监测方法,分析火焰强度判断火灾程度,实现在线火灾报警。经实验结果验证:该系统对室内火灾信号采集精度在2℃以内、时延低于3.31 ms,对不同类型火灾报警时,虚警率极小为0.002%,报警准确性高;该系统可有效降低公寓因火灾监测不力而出现的经济损失。
In order to accurately monitor the degree of indoor fire and protect people’s life and property safety,an indoor fire online monitoring system based on pyroelectric infrared sensor is designed. The lower computer data acquisition module collects indoor fire signal through pyroelectric infrared sensor,and transfers the acquired fire signal to GPRS data communication module through single chip microcomputer. GPRS data communication module can transmit data of lower computer to remote server of upper computer wirelessly;remote server of upper computer can transfer data of lower computer to remote server of upper computer based on data transmitted by GPRS data communication module Using the fast Fourier transform based flame intensity monitoring method,the fire intensity is analyzed to judge the degree of fire,and online fire alarm is realized. The experimental results show that: the system for indoor fire signal acquisition accuracy is less than 2 ℃,real-time performance is less than 3. 31 ms,for different types of fire alarm,the false alarm rate is very small,0. 002%,the alarm accuracy is high;the system can effectively reduce the economic losses caused by poor fire monitoring in apartments.
