摘要
全国老旧社区在物质空间层面的微改造已形成一定的实践经验,而老旧社区的历史文化内涵也应该在微改造过程中得到挖掘、激活和展现。本文尝试从老旧社区历史记忆的形成与作用、挖掘与转化,以及历史记忆为触媒的更新改造机制等方面,以承载岭南文化、多时代市桥记忆的先锋社区为案例,探讨历史记忆触媒效应下的微改造模式。通过历史记忆触媒以点带面的催化效应,在空间改造提升的同时达到精神文明的有效建设以及经济的链式带动;通过让社区空间承载本地文化与历史记忆,形成完整、综合、系统的社区微改造方法。
Some practical experience has been formed in the micro-transformation of physical space of old communities in China.At the same time,the historical and cultural connotation of old communities should also be explored,activated,and displayed in the process of micro-transformation.This paper attempts to explore the micro-transformation mode under the catalytic effect of historical memories from three aspects:the formation and function of historical memories,the exploration and transformation of these memories,and the renewal and renovation mechanism with historical memories as a catalyst.The paper takes the Xianfeng Community,which carries the Lingnan culture and the"Shiqiao"memory of multiple ages,as an example.Through the catalytic effect of historical memories,the effective construction of residents’spiritual civilization and the chain-like driving effect of economy can be achieved at the same time when the community space is renovated and upgraded.By making the community space carry the local culture and historical memories,this paper proposes a complete,comprehensive,and systematic method of community micro-transformation.
