摘要
在我国机械制造业中,数控加工是一项常用的零件加工方法,具有自动化程度高、加工精度高、满足多品种机械零件加工需求的优势,在机械零件高效、自动化加工领域中得到广泛应用,突破了传统机床加工工艺的局限性。但数控加工精度受多方面因素影响,易产生加工误差,加工的机械零件的良品率有待提升。基于此,本文对机械零件数控加工精度的主要影响因素开展探讨,针对性提出加工精度保障策略,以供参考。
In China's machinery manufacturing industry,NC machining is a common part processing method.It has the advantages of high degree of automation,high machining precision and meeting the processing needs of many kinds of mechanical parts.It has been widely used in the field of efficient and automatic machining of mechanical parts,breaking through the limitations of traditional machine tool processing technology.But the NC machining accuracy is affected by many factors,which is easy to produce machining error,and the yield of machined mechanical parts needs to be improved.Based on this,this paper discusses the main influencing factors of NC machining accuracy of mechanical parts,and puts forward the machining accuracy guarantee strategy for reference.
