摘要
目的了解昆明市呈贡区街道社区卫生服务中心的中医药服务能力现状,并提出发展对策,为社区卫生服务中心的中医药事业发展提供参考及政策建议。方法于2020年7月10日-9月11日通过实地查看、与主管部门领导及医务人员座谈、填写调查表、对患者进行满意度及需求问卷测评等方式,对昆明市呈贡区全部5家公立的街道社区卫生服务中心的中医药服务情况进行调查。结果目前5家公立的街道社区卫生服务中心,虽然全部都设置了中医科与中药房,但有1家未开展中医药诊疗服务;1家仅能提供中医饮片诊疗服务;3家除提供中医饮片诊疗服务外,还开展部分针灸、拔罐、按摩、刮痧、熏洗等部分中医适宜技术。中医药在社区居民中有需求,具备发展基础,但存在中医药技术人员不足、基本医疗工作弱化、亟待加强培训等问题。结论应加强人才培养与培训,拓展服务范围,扩大宣传力度,加大政策扶持等,促进区域内中医药服务能力的提升。
Objective To understand the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine service ability in Chenggong District Community Health Service Center of Kunming city,And put forward the development countermeasures,To provide reference and policy recommendations for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in community health service centers.Methods From July 10 to September 11,2020,through on-site inspection,By discussing with the leaders of the competent departments and medical staff,filling in the questionnaire and evaluating the satisfaction and demand of patients,we investigated the service of traditional Chinese medicine in all five public community health service centers in Chenggong District of Kunming city.Results All of the five public community health service centers have set up TCMdepartment and TCMroom,but one has not carried out TCM diagnosis and treatment service;One company can only provide TCM Decoction Pieces diagnosis and treatment services;three companies provide TCM Decoction Pieces diagnosis and treatment services,and also carry out some appropriate TCM technologies such as acupuncture,cupping,massage,scraping and fumigation.There is a demand for traditional Chinese medicine among community residents and it has a foundation for development.However,there are some problems,such as the shortage of TCM technicians,the weakening of basic medical work,and the urgent need to strengthen training.Conclusion Strengthening personnel training and training,expanding the scope of service,expanding publicity,increasing policy support and so on,to promote the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine service ability in the region.
