芬吗通联合高压氧治疗对早发性卵巢功能不全患者改良Kupperman积分、性激素及抗苗勒管激素水平的影响 被引量:10

The effect of fenmetone combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on modified Kupperman score,sex hormones and anti-Müllerian hormone levels in patients with early-onset ovarian insufficiency

摘要 目的探讨芬吗通联合高压氧(HBO)治疗早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)的效果。方法选取2017年2月至2020年3月山东省枣庄市妇幼保健院诊治的104例POI患者作为研究对象,采用随机信封法按照1∶1实验设计原则分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=52)。对照组给予芬吗通,观察组在对照组基础上联合HBO。比较两组疗效、改良Kupperman积分、生活质量通用量表(FACT-G)评分、性激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]、子宫内膜厚度、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、卵泡数、卵泡大小、安全性等。结果观察组总有效率(96.08%)高于对照组(84.31%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗3个疗程后改良Kup-perman积分、FSH、LH均低于对照组,FACT-G评分、E_(2)、子宫内膜厚度、AMH、卵泡数、卵泡大小高于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无不良反应发生。结论芬吗通联合HBO是治疗POI的安全可靠的方法,能进一步改善患者卵巢功能,抑制卵巢功能减退,提高生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of femotone combined with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI).Methods 104 patients with POI in Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Shandong Province from February 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the subjects.According to the principle of 1∶1 experimental design,they were divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=52)by random envelope method.The control group was given fenmetone,while the observation group was given HBO in addition to the control group.Efficacy,modified Kupperman score,FACT-G score,sex hormones(FSH,LH,E_(2)),endometrial thickness,AMH,follicular number,follicular size,safety,etc.were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(96.08%)was higher than that of control group(84.31%)(P<0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,modified Kupperman score,FSH and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,FACT-G score,E_(2),endometrial thickness,AMH,follicular number and follicular size were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions Fenmetone combined with HBO is a safe and reliable treatment for POI,which can further improve ovarian function,inhibit the decline of ovarian function and improve the quality of life.
