摘要
针对当前计量费控体系环境下远程费控功能易受计量自动化系统信道通信状况影响的问题,考虑用户业务办理便捷性的需求,设计一种通过二维码等虚拟介质传输电能表充值及复电信息的方案。为保证信息安全,在信息传输时通过加密机对通信报文实现国密SM1算法的加密,用户可在电表安装现场配置的智能交互终端上以扫码等方式识读虚拟介质并解密执行,自行完成本地费控的充值和复电业务。给出该方案所用的智能交互终端的RFID模块、虚拟令牌识别模块、安全模块等各部件的硬件设计,通过搭建二维码复电和充值模拟测试平台对所提方案进行测试,验证其可行性。
In view of the problem that the remote fee control function is easily affected by the channel communication status of the metering automation system under the current metering fee control system environment,considering the user's demand for the convenience of business processing,this paper designs a scheme to transmit the recharge and reply information of the smart meter through the two-dimensional code and other virtual media.In order to ensure the information security,the national secret SM1 calculation is realized for the communication message through the encryption machine during the information transmission users can read and decrypt the virtual media by scanning the code on the intelligent interactive terminal configured on the meter installation site,and complete the recharge and call back service of local charge control by themselves.The hardware design of RFID module,virtual token recognition module,security module and other components of the intelligent interactive terminal used in the scheme is given.A two-dimensional code reply and recharge simulation test platform is built to test the scheme and verify its feasibility.
