摘要
在完成消除绝对贫困并实现全面建成小康社会的艰巨任务后,城乡差别仍是中国发展不平衡不充分的问题之一,农村居民整体上仍处于低收入阶层。因此,我国今后重点是加速推进乡村振兴,包括加快农业农村现代化,大力推进城镇化,完善基础设施和公共产品保障,切实提高农村居民收入,从而加速缩小城乡差别。这是加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局的关键,也是促进全体人民共同富裕的基础。
After completing the arduous task of eliminating absolute poverty and realizing a well-off society in an all-round way,the big gap between urban and rural areas has become a more prominent problem of China's unbalanced and inadequate development.The investigation of urban-rural disparity in recent years shows that although the gap between urban and rural areas has declined slightly,it is still big,and the gap is generally huge in all provinces.The decomposition of Gini coefficient of income inequality shows that the urban-rural disparity accounts for more than 50%of the national total income inequality for a long time,which is the main factor of the total income inequality and its change.The main aspect of the big gap between urban and rural areas in China is that rural residents as a whole are still in the low-income class.At present,the main body of"monthly income of 1000 yuan"is the majority of rural residents.Therefore,in the future,China will focus on quickening and promoting the rural vitalizationstrategy,including hastening agricultural modernization,vigorously promoting rural urbanization,improving infrastructure and public security,and effectively increasing the income of rural residents,so as to accelerate the narrowing of the urban-rural gap.This is the key to speed up the construction of a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international dual circulation promoting each other,and also the basis for promoting the common prosperity of all the people.
