摘要
食品安全问题是社会各界关心的主要问题,为保证食品接触材料安全,文章使用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对食品接触材料中的双酚A含量进行检测。结果显示该方法回收率在95.6%~98.2%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差在2.1%~5.3%范围内,满足该指标的控制要求。
Food safety is a major concern of all sectors of society.In order to ensure the safety of food contact materials,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to detect the A content of bisphenol in food contact materials.The results show that the recovery rate of the method is between 95.6%~98.2%and the relative standard deviation of the measured value is within the range of 2.1%~5.3%,which meets the control requirements of the index.
