摘要
目的探讨循证医学PICOS模式结合PBL教学法在康复医学教育中的实践和应用。方法选取于徐州医科大学附属医院实习的40名康复治疗专业学生,随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予传统教学法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予循证医学PICOS模式结合PBL法教学,实施1学期后,评价学生临床实践技能、理论考试成绩、病例分析成绩和教学满意度。结果教学1学期后,观察组学生临床实践技能、理论考试成绩、病例分析成绩及教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证医学PICOS模式结合PBL法可显著提高康复专业学生的专业水平,利于人才的培养。
Objective To explore the practice and application of evidence-based medicine PICOS model combining with PBL teaching method on clinical teaching of the rehabilitation.Methods A total of 40 rehabilitation students in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received the traditional teaching,and the observation group received evidence-based medicine PICOS model combining with PBL teaching on the basis of the control group.At the end of the first semester,their operating skill,theoretical ability,case analyzing ability and teaching satisfaction were evaluated.Results After teaching,the score of operating skill,theoretical ability,case analyzing ability and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The innovation model based on evidence-based medicine PICOS model combining with PBL teaching can improve the rehabilitation therapists ability significantly,and beneficial to the education of students.
