摘要
目的:探究中期妊娠引产采用依沙吖啶合并米非司酮的效果。方法:选取2018至2020年龙南市第一人民医院收治的60例中期妊娠引产患者为研究对象;随机分为对照组与观察组,分别予以依沙吖啶治疗、依沙吖啶+米非司酮联合治疗;对比观察:(1)两组患者的引产成功率;(2)产后出血量及产程时间;(3)并发症发生情况。结果:(1)观察组引产成功率为100%,对照组为96.67%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.017,P>0.05);(2)观察组患者产后出血量明显少于对照组,且产程时间对比对照组也有明显缩短(P<0.05);(3)观察组并发症发生率(6.66%)明显低于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中期妊娠引产中,联合应用依沙吖啶+米非司酮效果显著,可有效减少患者产后出血量,缩短产程时间,减少不良反应,疗效确切,可行推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of ethacridine+mifepristone for induction of labor in the second trimester.Methods:60 cases of induced labor in mid-term pregnancy treated in Longnan First People's Hospital from 2018 to 2020 were selected as the research objects;they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,which were treated with ethacridine and ethacridine+mifepristone respectively;comparative observation:(1)the success rate of induced labor in the two groups;(2)the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the duration of labor;(3)Complications.Results:(1)the success rate of labor induction in the observation group was 100%,the reference group was 96.67%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.017,P>0.05);(2)the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group significantly less than the reference group,and the labor time was significantly shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05);(3)the incidence of complications in the observation group(6.66%)was significantly lower than that of the reference group(33.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the induction of labor in the second trimester,the combined application of ethacridine and mifepristone has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the time of labor,and reduce adverse reactions.The effect is definite and feasible for promotion.
