摘要
目的:分析无创呼吸机的故障维修与维护保养方法,保障无创呼吸机的正常稳定工作。方法:选取本院在临床疾病治疗中应用的飞利浦V60医用无创呼吸机作为研究对象,分析其在应用过程中可能出现的各种故障类型,探讨了各种故障可能发生的原因以及相应的维修方法。同时总结了无创呼吸机在应用中的维护保养方法。观察无创呼吸机2020年3月~2020年10月使用过程中故障发生率。结果:2020年3月~2020年10月本院在临床治疗中共应用多参数监护仪9250例次,共发生13次故障,故障发生率为0.19%。结论:在无创呼吸机使用过程中应该加强对各类故障的分析以及维护保养,降低故障发生率,更好发挥其在临床疾病治疗中的作用。
Objective:To analyze the troubleshooting and maintenance methods of noninvasive ventilator,so as to ensure the normal and stable operation of noninvasive ventilator.Methods:The Philips V60 medical noninvasive ventilator used in the treatment of clinical diseases in our hospital was selected as the research object,and the possible failure types in the application process were analyzed,and the possible causes of various failures and corresponding maintenance methods were discussed.At the same time,the maintenance methods of noninvasive ventilator in application are summarized.Observe the failure rate of noninvasive ventilator during use from March 2020 to October 2020.Results:From March 2020 to October 2020,9250 cases of multi parameter monitors were used in our hospital,and 13 failures occurred,with the failure rate of 0.19%.Conclusion:In the process of using noninvasive ventilator,we should strengthen the analysis and maintenance of all kinds of faults,reduce the incidence of faults,and better play its role in the treatment of clinical diseases.
