摘要
介绍备自投装置的基本工作原理及要求,重点分析了分别因开关位置判别错误、备自投与低压总开关失压脱扣配置不合理以及备自投和低压脱扣时间配合不合理引起的三个典型事故案例,并给出了相应的改进措施。
This paper analyzes the basic operation principle and requirements of standby busbar automatic transfer switch(BATS)device,with focus on three typical accident cases caused by false identification of switch positions,irrational configuration of no-voltage trips between the standby automatic transfer switch and the low-voltage main switch,and the timing mismatch between BATS and low-voltage trips,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
