摘要
内脏脂肪素是烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD^(+))生物合成的重要限速酶。NAD^(+)参与多种信号通路的调节以及多种生物学过程的调节,如细胞增殖、凋亡、代谢调节、转录和DNA修复。此外,内脏脂肪素在多种恶性肿瘤中表达上调,并且在肿瘤增殖、血管生成、转移和耐药等与肿瘤进展相关的几个关键因子的调控中发挥了重要作用。本文的目的是对内脏脂肪素的结构、功能及其在消化道恶性肿瘤中的表达和作用等方面的最新研究进展做一综述。
Visfatin is an important rate-limiting enzyme for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD^(+))biosynthesis.NAD^(+) is involved in the regulation of various signaling pathways an d a variety of biological processes,such as cell proliferation,apoptosis,metabolic regulation,transcription and DNA repair.In addition,the expres sion of visfatin is upregulated in several malignancies,and visfatin plays an important role in the regulation of several key factors related to tumor progressions,such as tumor proliferation,angiogenesis,metastasis and drug resistance.This paper aims to review the latest study advances on the structure and function of visfatin and its expression and role in gastrointestinal malignancies.
