摘要
目的探讨中药处方点评在中药饮片合理使用过程中的应用效果。方法选取广东药科大学附属第一医院定期开展中药处方点评工作的2019年1-12月中药饮片处方2400张作为对照组,另选2020年1-12月中药饮片处方2400张作为观察组。对比分析两组中药处方点评后中药饮片合理使用情况,以评估临床中药处方点评在中药饮片合理使用中的应用效果。结果两组常规用药用量过大与“十八反”配伍禁忌处方中,患者性别(χ^(2)=1.332,P=0.248;χ^(2)=0.560,P=0.906)、年龄分布情况(χ^(2)=0.042,P=0.838;χ^(2)=0.199,P=0.978)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组常规用药用量过大情况明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中应坚持开展中药处方点评工作,中药处方点评有利于提高中药饮片用药的合理性,对降低不合格处方有积极意义,能够促进中药饮片合理规范使用,保证患者用药安全。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescription review in the rational use of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs.Methods A total of 2400 prescriptions of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs from January to December 2019 when the TCM prescription review was carried out regularly in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University were selected as the control group,and another 2400 prescriptions of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs from January to December 2020 were selected as the observation group.The rational use of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs after the TCM prescription review in the two groups was compared and analyzed to evaluate the application effect of clinical TCM prescription review in the rational use of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs.Results In terms of the prescriptions of excessive use of conventional medicine and eighteen incompatible medicaments,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in patient gender(χ^(2)=1.332,P=0.248,χ^(2)=0.560,P=0.906)and age distribution(χ^(2)=0.042,P=0.838,χ^(2)=0.199,P=0.978)(P>0.05).The excessive use of conventional medicine in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM prescription review should be insisted on in clinical practice,which helps to improve the rationality of TCM prescriptions and exerts positive significance in reducing unqualified prescriptions.And it can promote the rational and standardized use of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs and ensure the safety of patients'medication.
