摘要
伴随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国的经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。在西部地区构建支撑“一带一路”倡议、促进长江经济带发展的骨干基础设施,将是铁路行业在新时代助力国家实现社会主义现代化强国和交通强国建设目标的重要举措,是未来年度国家铁路发展的重要方向。兰州—汉中—十堰高速铁路是西北地区至华东(中、南)的新通道,是联系“一带一路”“长江经济带”“西部大开发”等国家发展战略纽带。以兰州—汉中—十堰高铁的战略价值为切入点,论述该通道对国家战略的支撑作用,并结合运输需求预测,探讨了兰汉十通道对国家战略、区域发展、民生带动、路网完善等方面的推动作用,分析了兰州—汉中—十堰高铁建设的必要性。
With the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,China’s economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.Building the backbone infrastructure supporting the“One Belt And One Road”initiative and promoting the development of the Yangtze river economic belt in the western region will be an important measure for the railway industry to help the country realize the goal of building a strong modern socialist country and a strong transportation country in the new era and an important direction for the national railway development in the future years.Lanzhou to Hanzhong to Shiyan high-speed railway is a new channel from northwest to east(central and south),and a strategic link connecting One Belt And One Road,Yangtze river economic belt,western development and other national development strategies.This paper takes Lanzhou to Hanzhong to Shiyan high-speed railway strategic value as the breakthrough point,discusses the channels of the country’s strategic support,and connecting with the transportation demand forecasting,this paper discusses the role of the Lanzhou-Hanzhong-Shiyan channel in promoting national strategy,regional development,paople’s livelihood and road network improvement,and analysis of Lanzhou to Hanzhong to Shiyan necessity of high-speed trains.
