摘要
阐述了T/CECS 741-2020《严寒和寒冷地区农村居住建筑节能改造技术规程》的编制背景、编写思路、主要技术要点和国内外标准比对等情况,对节能诊断、外墙、外门窗、屋面等围护结构,以及空气源热泵、太阳能光热和光伏利用、生物质炉具热水、多能互补系统等用能供暖系统、供暖供冷末端设备的规定要点进行了说明。该规程基于农村居住建筑现状、当地经济条件、发展水平,坚持因地制宜、技术成熟、经济节能、施工安全、施工难度可承受、尊重农民意愿的原则,提出了合理可行的节能改造方案和技术措施做法。规程的编制有利于推动我国农村居住建筑节能改造的规范化发展进程,保证农村节能改造工作有序开展,对降低农村建筑能耗、改善农村室内环境、更好地指导农村建筑节能工作具有指导意义。
This paper introduces the background,compilation principles,and main technical points of T/CECS 741-2020"Technical specification for energy saving renovation of rural residential buildings in severe cold and cold regions",as well as relevant contents comparison between domestic and foreign standards.The technical contents of energy-saving diagnosis,envelope retrofitting including exterior wall,window and roof,energy system and equipment including air source heat pump system,solar photovoltaic and photo-thermal utilization system,heating system of biomass stove and multi-energy coupled utilization system for heating and terminal equipment are specified.The reasonable and feasible energy-saving reconstruction scenarios and technical measures are proposed,based on the current situation of rural residential buildings,local economic conditions,development level and the principles of reasonable measures,mature technology,economic and energy conservation,construction safety,affordable construction difficulty and respecting the thinking of farmers to local conditions.The compilation of the regulations is useful for promoting the standardized and orderly development process of energy-saving reconstruction of rural residential buildings,and has guiding significance for reducing rural building energy consumption,improving rural indoor environment and better guiding rural building energy-saving work.
