摘要
目的:探讨使用育阴止渴方联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的效果。方法:选取2019年3月至2021年9月期间南方医科大学附属小榄医院收治的100例T2DM患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将这些患者分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50)。为对照组患者使用二甲双胍进行治疗,为研究组患者使用育阴止渴方联合二甲双胍进行治疗。然后观察两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)的水平、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)的水平、全血糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的水平、空腹血清胰岛素的水平、身体质量指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数、治疗的效果及发生不良反应的情况。结果:治疗后,研究组患者FBG的水平、2 hPG的水平、全血HbA1c的水平、BMI及胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组患者,其空腹血清胰岛素的水平及治疗的总有效率均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:使用育阴止渴方联合二甲双胍治疗T2DM的效果显著,可有效地降低患者血糖的水平,缓解其胰岛素抵抗,且安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yuyin zhike Prescription combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 100 T2DM patients admitted to Xiaolan Hospital affiliated to Southern Medical University from March 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.These patients were divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with metformin,and patients in the study group were treated with Yuyin thirst relieving prescription combined with metformin.Then,fasting blood glucose(FBG)level,2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)level,total glycaemic hemoglobin(HbA1c)level,fasting serum insulin level,body mass index(BMI),insulin resistance index,treatment effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the level of FBG,2 hPG,whole blood HbA1c,BMI and insulin resistance index of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of fasting serum insulin and the total effective rate of treatment were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Yuyin zhiqiang Prescription combined with metformin has a significant effect in the treatment of T2DM,which can effectively reduce the level of blood glucose and relieve insulin resistance of patients with high safety.
