摘要
如今光学技术发展迅速,其应用已经被广泛使用在不同领域,功能性材料主流研究的方向就是纳米发光材料。纳米稀土含氧酸盐材料的种类非常多,如稀土钛酸盐、稀土磷酸盐等,因为材料具有高发光和结构稳定的优势,所以是目前科研工作者最感兴趣的研究材料。本文旨在探讨纳米稀土含氧酸盐材料的合成和发光性,通过展开不同实验,分析纳米稀土含盐酸材料、水热法及溶胶特性,并结合X射线分析法(XRD)红外光谱测速、紫外可见吸收光谱与温室光的发光性能试验,探究其发光性能。
Nowadays,optical technology is developing rapidly,and its application has been widely used in different fields.The mainstream research direction of functional materials is nano luminescent materials.There are many kinds of nano-rare earth oxysalt materials,such as rare earth titanate,rare earth phosphate,etc.This material has the advantages of high luminescence and stable structure,so it is the most interesting research material for researchers at present.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the synthesis and luminescence of nano-rare earth oxometalate materials.Through different experiments,the characteristics of nano-rare earth materials containing hydrochloric acid,hydrothermal method and sol are analyzed,and the luminescence properties of nano-rare earth oxometalate materials are explored by combining X-ray analysis(XRD)infrared spectrum velocimetry,ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum and greenhouse light luminescence performance test.
