摘要
本文指出产教融合下高职物流管理专业的人才培养需要加强实训教学方面的研究,这是物流管理专业的实践性强的特点决定的,也是新时代我国对应用型人才培养的要求,提出从基础实训教学、专业实训教学、综合实训教学以及企业顶岗实习4个阶段来构建完善的实训教学体系,并从加强师资队伍建设,完善实训基地建设和制定相应的制度和考核标准等方面进行保障,以强化实训教学效果,为社会培养综合素质高、实践操作能力强的物流管理专业人才。
This paper points out that the talent cultivation of logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges under the integration of industry and education needs to strengthen the research of practical training and teaching,which is determined by the strong practical characteristics of logistics management specialty and the requirements of application-oriented talent cultivation in the new era in our country.Then it proposes to construct a perfect practical training and teaching system from four stages of basic practical training teaching,professional practical training teaching,comprehensive practical training teaching and internship in enterprise,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,improve the construction of training base and formulate corresponding system and assessment standards,so as to strengthen the effect of practical training and teaching and cultivate logistics management professionals with high comprehensive quality and strong practical operation ability for the society.
