摘要
目的:探讨青少年学习压力、正负情绪、心理素质及自杀意念之间的关系。方法:选取1841例中学生(12~18岁),分别采用学习压力量表、中学生心理素质量表(简化版)和青少年自杀意念量表来测量中学生的学习压力、正负情绪、心理素质和自杀意念的高低。结果:学习压力得分负向关联正性情绪得分(β=-0.05,P<0.05),正向关联负性情绪得分(β=0.38,P<0.001);学习压力得分和负性情绪得分均正向关联自杀意念得分(β=0.33,P<0.001;β=0.30,P<0.001),正性情绪得分负向关联自杀意念得分(β=-0.26,P<0.001);正负情绪在学习压力和自杀意念之间的中介作用有统计学意义(β=0.01、0.11,均P<0.05),心理素质仅对负性情绪和自杀意念之间的关系具有调节作用(β=-0.05,P<0.01)。结论:学习压力既能直接关联青少年自杀意念,也可以通过正负情绪间接关联自杀意念。心理素质在负性情绪与自杀意念的关系中起调节作用。
Objective:To examine the relationship among study stress,positive and negative affect,Psychological Suzhi and adolescents’suicidal ideation in adolescents.Methods:A total of 1841 middle school students were investigated.The Study Stress Questionnaire for Middle School,Positive and Negative Affect Scale,Adolescent’s Psychological Suzhi Questionnaire(simplified version)and Positive and Negative Suicide Ideation Scale was used to assess study stress,affect state,Psychological Sushi,and suicide ideation respectively.Results:The study stress scores were negatively correlated with the positive affect scores(β=-0.05,P<0.05),while positively correlated with the negative affect scores(β=0.38,P<0.001).The scores of study stress and negative affect were positively correlated with the suicidal ideation scores(β=0.33,0.30,Ps<0.001).The positive affect scores were negatively correlated with the suicidal ideation scores(β=-0.26,P<0.001).The positive and negative affect mediated the relationship between study stress and suicide ideation(β=0.01,0.11,Ps<0.05),and the Psychological Suzhi only moderated the relationship between negative affect and suicide ideation(β=-0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:It suggests that the study stress not only directly predicts adolescents’suicidal ideation,but also indirectly through positive and negative affect,and psychological Sushi might play a moderating role in the relationship between negative affect and suicidal ideation.
