摘要
文章以福建省自然资源厅自然资源监管信息化建设为例,分析梳理了自然资源监管业务特点,从网络监管、远程监管、联动监管、绩效监管等技术方面,探索建立内外一体、交叉联动、切实有效的自然资源监管信息化支撑体系。福建省基于现有自然资源信息化总体架构,依托自然资源"一张图",并综合运用各种先进技术,打造适应不同应用场景、技术场景的自然资源监管信息化体系。
Taking the informatization construction of natural resources supervision of Department of Natural Resources of Fujian Province as an example,this article analyzes and reviews the characteristics of natural resources supervision,and explores the establishment of internal and external integration,cross-linkage and effective information support system for natural resources supervision from the technical aspects of network supervision,remote supervision,linkage supervision and performance supervision.Based on the existing overall framework of natural resources informatization,relying on the"one map"of natural resources and the comprehensive utilization of various advanced technologies,Fujian province has built a natural resources supervision informatization system suitable for different application scenarios and technology scenarios.
