摘要
文章旨在通过CFD分析软件模拟LNG接收站典型泄露场景气云扩散后果,判断不同场景条件下压力检测、泄漏检测仪表与ESD阀门联锁生效时间内管道泄漏量及存液量扩散后的扩散浓度是否会导致在接收站址500m处的军事雷达发生爆炸,最终保证管道阀门尺寸、压力及气体探测仪表布置、阀门联锁关闭时间等设计要素的合理性。
This paper aims to simulate the consequences of gas cloud diffusion in typical leakage scenarios of LNG terminal through CFD analysis software,and judge whether the diffusion concentration of pipeline leakage and liquid storage within the effective time of interlocking between pressure detection,leakage detection instrument and ESD valve under different scenario conditions will lead to the explosion of military radar 500m away from the receiving station,so as to finally ensure the size of pipeline valve Rationality of design elements such as pressure and gas detection instrument layout and valve interlocking closing time.
