靖边油田撬装站水质提升研究与实践

摘要 对延长靖边油田老庄撬装站现行水处理工艺和药剂体系存在问题进行深入研究,规范水处理工艺,优化药剂体系。经试验研究,加入混凝剂0.3 kg/m3,絮凝剂0.2 kg/m3,选用硫酸铜作为除氧催化剂,优化水处理工艺流程后,处理后的污水悬浮物含量、含油量下降,滤后水水质提高幅度较大.同时高压注水井数量有所下降,注水井酸化、压裂次数减少,节省费用约10万元/a;井口压力表更换频次下降,节省费用约4万元/a;清理污水池油泥频次下降,节省费用约10万元/a;混凝剂、絮凝剂节省药剂约1.2 t/a,节省约1万元/a,全年合计节省费用25万元。 The existing problems of water treatment technology and pharmaceutical system in Laozhuang skid station of Jingbian Oilfield of Yanchang Oilfield Co.,Ltd.,were thoroughly studied,the water treatment technology was standardized and the pharmaceutical system was optimized.After the experimental research,adding coagulant 0.3 kg/m3,flocculant 0.2 kg/m^(3),choosing copper sulfate as deoxygenation catalyst,optimizing the water treatment process,the content of suspended matter and oil content of treated sewage decreased,and the quality of filtered water improved greatly.At the same time,the number of high-pressure injection Wells was decreased,the acidifications of injection Wells and fracturing times were decreased,saving about 100000 yuan/year.The replacement frequency of wellhead pressure gauge decreased,saving about 40000 yuan/a;the frequency of sludge cleaning in sewage ponds decreased,saving about 100000 yuan/a;the saving of coagulant and flocculant was about 1.2 tons/a,saving about 10000 yuan/a.The total annual saving was 250000 yuan.
