满足继电器罩使用要求的高阻燃PA6工程塑料开发 被引量:3

摘要 通过熔融共混法制备了十溴二苯乙烷、三氧化二锑与三聚氰胺脲酸盐(MCA)复配的满足继电器罩使用要求的高阻燃、高灼热丝改性尼龙6(PA6)工程塑料,考察十溴二苯乙烷添加量、三氧化二锑添加量及MCA添加量对PA6工程塑料阻燃性、灼热丝起燃温度、热变形温度和力学性能的影响。结果表明:PA6-G0体系中随着MCA、三氧化二锑、十溴二苯乙烷的添加量增大,其缺口冲击强度呈下降趋势。综合来看,添加10份MCA,5份三氧化二锑,19份十溴二苯乙烷时,制得的阻燃PA6工程塑料具有较好的综合力学性能及阻燃性能。 Nylon 6(PA6)engineering plastics which meet the requirements of relay cover,modified by decabromodiphenylethane,antimony trioxide and melamine urea salt(MCA)were prepared by melt blending method.The effects of the amount of decabromodiphenylethane,antimony trioxide and MCA on the flame retardancy,glow-wire ignition temperature,heat deflection temperature and mechanical properties of PA6 engineering plastics were investigated.The results show that the notched impact strength of PA6-G0 decreases with the increase of MCA,antimony trioxide and decabromodiphenylethane.In conclusion,the flame retardant PA6 engineering plastics with 10 parts of MCA,5 parts of antimony trioxide and 19 parts of decabromodiphenyl-ethane have good comprehensive mechanical properties and flame retardancy.
