摘要
从产教融合与现代学徒制的内涵入手,分析宏观、中观和微观层面上产教融合与现代学徒制的关联。研究表明二者在总体上呈现出互促共生特征,进而识别出非对称互惠共生和对称互惠共生两种关系类型;基于共生理论构建了产教融合与现代学徒制的关系模型,并借助共生关系矩阵探讨产教融合与现代学徒制的互惠共生关系演化问题。
Starting from the connotation of industry-education integration and modern apprenticeship,this paper analyzes the mutual promotion relationship between industry-education integration and modern apprenticeship at different levels,the results show that they totally presenting reciprocal symbiosis which can refining the symmetric and asymmetric symbiosis.Then the paper builds relation model based on symbiosis theory,and discusses the evolution of the symbiosis.
