摘要
试验研究不同比例油菜和三叶草混合青贮饲料对牦牛和藏羊的体外发酵效果。取6头年龄、体况相近的牦牛瘤胃液和4头年龄、体况相近的藏羊瘤胃液,对青贮30 d的4组青贮饲料:全油菜青贮(Y100%组)、油菜∶三叶草=4∶1混合青贮(Y80%S20%组)、油菜∶三叶草=3∶2混合青贮(Y60%S40%组)和油菜∶三叶草=2∶3混合青贮(Y40%S60%组)进行体外发酵试验。结果显示,在牦牛瘤胃液发酵过程中,Y40%S60%组的总产气量和营养物质降解率均高于其他3组;Y100%组和Y40%S60%组的总挥发性脂肪酸含量显著高于Y80%S20%组和Y60%S40%组(P<0.05)。在藏羊瘤胃液体外发酵试验中,Y40%S60%组的总产气量、酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维降解率高于其他3组,干物质降解率显著高于Y60%S40%组(P<0.05),Y60%S40%组的pH值显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),Y100%组的总挥发性脂肪酸显著高于Y80%S20%组和Y60%S40%组(P<0.05)。研究表明,利用Y40%S60%混合青贮饲料饲喂牦牛和藏羊的效果更好。
The experiment studied the fermentation effect of different ratios of rape and clover mixed silage in vitro of yak and Tibetan sheep.The rumen fluid of six yaks with similar body weight and ages,the rumen fluid of four Tibetan sheep with similar body weight and ages were selected,respectively.The whole rape(Y100%group),rape∶clover=4∶1(Y80%S20%group),rape∶clover=3∶2(Y60%S40%group)and rape∶clover=2∶3(Y40%S60%group)mixed silage were conducting fermentation research by simulating fermentation in vitro,respectively.The results showed that the total gas production and the degradation rate of nutrients in Y40%S60%group were higher than those in other groups by the fermentation of yak rumen fluid.The total volatile fatty acids in Y100%group and Y40%S60%group was significantly higher than that in Y80%S20%group and Y60%S40%group(P<0.05).In the experiment of fermentation in rumen fluid of Tibetan sheep,the total gas production,acid fiber degradation rate and neutral fiber degradation rate in Y40%S60%group were higher than those in other groups,the dry matter degradation rate was significantly higher than that in Y60%S40%group(P<0.05),the p H value in Y60%S40%group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05),and the total volatile fatty acid in Y100%group was higher that in Y80%S20%group and Y60%S40%group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that using Y40%S60%mixed silage to feed yak and Tibetan sheep has a better effect.
