摘要
与平屋顶施工相比较,坡屋顶施工有操作复杂、坡面振捣难度大、不容易密实、渗漏问题发生率较高等特点。为解除以上实际问题,建设阶段应将坡屋顶钢筋混凝土施工质量作为重点控制内容。论文结合具体工程案例,浅谈坡屋顶钢筋混凝土施工的关键点,探究钢筋混凝土施工质量控制的难点,在此基础上较为深入地探究加强现浇钢筋混凝土施工质量的控制措施,包括钢筋混凝土模板、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑、屋面基层以及防水层等。希望能和同行分享经验和方法,编制更有效的钢筋混凝土坡屋面施工质控方案,为我国建筑行业持续发展做出贡献。
Compared with the construction of flat roof,the construction of slope roof has the char acteristics of complex operation,difficult slope surface vibration,not easy compaction,and higher leakage rate.In order to solve the above practical problems,the construction quality of reinforced concrete on sloping roof should be taken as the key control content in the construction stage.Combined with specific engineering cases,this paper discusses the key of reinforced concrete construction of slope roof,and explor es the difficulties of r einforced concrete construction quality control.On this basis,it deeply explor es the contr ol measures to strengthen the construction quality of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete,including reinforced concrete formwork,reinforcement binding,concr ete pouring,roof base course and waterproof layer.It is hoped to share experience and methods with peers,prepar e more effective quality control scheme for reinforced concrete slope roof construction,and make a certain contribution to the su stainable development of China’s construction industry.
