摘要
以乙酰苯胺的结构确证为例,介绍了ChemWindow 6.0软件在有机化合物结构确证教学中的具体运用。通过学生对该软件中红外光谱(IR)、碳谱(^(13)C-NMR)、质谱(MS)的理解和应用,加强理解红外光谱所涉及的化学键在特征区和指纹区振动产生吸收峰、峰强度关系等;了解不同类型碳在磁场中化学位移和裂分情况,熟悉化合物的碎片峰、分子离子峰和裂分方式,进而提高学生的学习兴趣和积极性,在软件的帮助下,对图谱进行了独立分析。将理论知识更好的应用到化合物结构确证实例中,将理论知识和实际案例应用有机结合。它有利于培养学生探索发现思考能力、解析化合物结构确证能力,使实验教学内容形象生动,有利于学生深入理解结构确证方法,为后期进入科研领域培养独立思考和思维能力。
The specific application of ChemWindow 6.0 software in the teaching of structural confirmation of organic compounds was introduced with the structural confirmation of acetanilide.Through the comprehension and application of infrared spectroscopy(IR),carbon spectroscopy(^(13)C-NMR),and mass spectrometry(MS)in the software,the understanding of the relationship between the absorption peak and peak intensity of the Chemical bond involved in infrared spectroscopy in the Characteristic and Fingerprint region was deeply comprehended.And the understanding of the Chemical shift and Fragmentation of different types of carbon in the Magnetic field,and the Fragment peaks,Molecular ion peaks and Fragmentation methods of compounds,etc,it is helpful for students'interest and enthusiasm to independently analyze the spectrum with the aid of ChemWindow 6.0 software.The theoretical knowledge is better applied to the compound structure confirmation examples by the combination of theoretical knowledge and actual case application.It is conducive to cultivating students'ability to analyze the compound structure confirmation,and to understand the method of confirmation with ability for later entry into the scientific research field.
