纳米ZnO改性沥青技术性能的研究

摘要 通过高速剪切共混法制备了一系列不同纳米ZnO掺量的改性沥青,并对其进行软化点、针入度、低温延度及感温性能等试验,以探究纳米ZnO对沥青的改性效果及机理。试验结果表明,纳米ZnO能够吸附沥青中的轻质组分,可提高沥青体系的黏度,从而显著改善沥青的高温性能和感温性能,但对沥青在低温条件下的延展性及脆性有不利影响。 A series of modified asphalt with different contents of nano ZnO are prepared by high-speed shear blending method,and their softening point,penetration,low-temperature ductility and temperature sensitivity are tested,so as to explore the modification effect and mechanism of nano ZnO on asphalt.The test results show that,nano ZnO can adsorb the light components in asphalt,improve the viscosity of asphalt system,and significantly improve the high-temperature performance and temperature sensing performance of asphalt,but it has an adverse effect on the ductility and brittleness of asphalt at low temperature.
