宜宾煤矸石酸浸煅烧增白工艺研究

摘要 为更好地资源化利用四川宜宾煤矸石,本试验对宜宾煤矸石进行酸浸和煅烧处理,以实现增白目的。通过对煅烧和酸浸顺序、酸浸温度、草酸添加量和硫酸质量分数等工艺条件进行单因素试验,确定最优工艺条件为:先酸浸后煅烧,酸浸温度为85℃,酸浸液中不添加草酸,硫酸质量分数为8%,800℃煅烧4 h。先酸浸后煅烧可避免宜宾煤矸石中铁氧化物在煅烧过程与TiO2反应生成不溶于酸的假金红石(Fe2Ti3O9)。经酸浸煅烧增白处理后,矸石粉白度从9.2%上升至39.5%,适宜作为陶瓷原料。 For the purpose of recycling the coal gangue from Yibin in Sichuan,the coal gangue is whitened by acid bleaching and calcination.Through the experimental research,the order of acid bleaching and calcination,leaching temperature,oxalic acid addition and sulfuric acid mass fraction have been determined as acid bleaching-calcination,85℃,no addition and 8%,respectively.Iron oxides reacts with TiO2 to form Fe2Ti3O9 in the process of coal gangue calcination.In order to avoid the formation of Fe2Ti3O9,it is suitable to adopt the method of“acid leaching-calcination”to whiten the coal gangue.The result shows that the whiteness of the coal gangue after acid leaching-calcination increases from 9.2%to 39.5%,which would be more suitable to be used as the ceramic raw material.
