摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)术后留置胃管患者的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2020年12月在萍乡市人民医院住院的103例ESD术后留置胃管患者,采用随机抽签法分为对照组(n=51)与观察组(n=52)。对照组留置胃管给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用舒适护理。比较两组的舒适度、护理前后的负面情绪及护理满意度。结果观察组的舒适度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的舒适占比为90.38%,高于对照组的56.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.076,P<0.05)。两组护理前的Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)和Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组护理后的SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,且观察组护理后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度为96.15%,高于对照组的80.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在ESD术后留置胃管患者的应用效果显著,能提升患者的舒适度,改善患者的负面情绪,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with indwelling gastric tube after endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Methods A total of 103 cases of patients with indwelling gastric tube after ESD in Pingxiang People′s Hospital from January 2017 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=51)and the observation group(n=52)by random drawing method.The control group was given routine nursing after indwelling gastric tube,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group.The comfort degree,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The comfort degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of comfort of the observation group was 90.38%,which was higher than 56.86%of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistical differences in the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 80.39%of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing is effective in the patients with gastric tube after ESD operation,which can improve the comfort of patients,improve the negative emotions of patients,improve the satisfaction of nursing,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
