摘要
为分析侵蚀性二氧化碳作用下粉煤灰混凝土的力学与耐久性能,制备了不同粉煤灰掺量的混凝土试件,开展了原位浸泡井试验研究,分析了粉煤灰掺量对混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和碳化深度的影响,对比研究了浸泡90 d和180 d混凝土在侵蚀前后的力学与耐久性能。研究结果表明:(1)混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度随着粉煤灰掺量的增大而先增大后减小;(2)混凝土的力学和耐久性能随二氧化碳地下水浸泡时间的增大而降低;(3)在混凝土中加入15%~20%左右的粉煤灰可以在一定程度上抑制二氧化碳的侵蚀作用,有利于提高混凝土结构的使用寿命。
In order to analyze the mechanics and durability of fly ash concrete under the action of corrosive carbon dioxide,the different dosage of fly ash concrete specimen was prepared,and in-situ immersion well tests were carried out.The influence of fly ash dosage on compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and carbonation depth of concrete were analyzed.The concrete erosion mechanics and durable performance were contrastively studied under the conditions of before and after soaking in 90 d and 180 d.The results show that:(1)the compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete firstly increase and then decrease with the increase of fly ash content.(2)the mechanical and durability properties of concrete decrease with the increase of CO2 immersion time.(3)adding about 15%~20%fly ash in concrete can inhibit the erosion of carbon dioxide to a certain extent,which is conducive to improving the service life of concrete structure.
