摘要
本文以河北省某装配式清水混凝土建筑为背景,在建筑设计的各阶段以"建筑免装修"为理念,从主体结构设计、内隔墙与内装设计、外围护墙结构设计三方面出发,将清水混凝土技术与装配式技术相结合,对预制梁柱构件标准化及节点连接钢筋排布进行了优化设计,实现了内墙板面层免装修、管线埋设、清水效果相统一的要求。应用有限元软件对外挂墙板结构进行分析,结果表明采用工程设计的柔性连接节点,外挂墙板对主体结构的刚度贡献可以忽略,变形协调能力满足设计要求。本项目的设计实践较好体现了装配式建筑高质量建造、节能环保的优势,对类似项目设计具有借鉴意义。
Taking a prefabricated fair-faced concrete building in Hebei province as the background,this paper combines fair faced concrete technology with prefabricated technology from three aspects:main structure design,internal partition wall and interior decoration design,and peripheral retaining wall structure design,The standardization of precast beam and column components and the arrangement of joint connecting reinforcement are optimized to meet the requirements of no decoration of inner wall panel surface,pipeline embedding and clean water effect.The finite element software is used to analyze the external wall panel structure.The results show that the stiffness contribution of the external wall panel to the main structure can be ignored and the deformation coordination ability can meet the design requirements.The design practice of the project better reflects the advantages of high-quality construction,energy conservation and environmental protection of prefabricated buildings,and has reference significance for the design of similar projects.
