摘要
装配式钢结构符合全寿命期绿色建筑理念,推广应用装配式钢结构是实现新型建筑工业化的重要途径。装配式钢板剪力墙结构是装配式钢结构在高层和高烈度区域应用的重要体现,良好的抗震性能是其应用的关键,国内外学者针对装配式钢板剪力墙结构的抗震性能进行了研究。在深入分析前人研究的基础上,介绍了装配式钢板剪力墙的工作原理、剪力墙和框架采用四边部分连接和两边连接的构造形式,对装配式开孔钢板剪力墙、装配式带缝钢板剪力墙、装配式加劲钢板剪力墙、装配式低屈服点钢板剪力墙、装配式波形钢板剪力墙、装配式屈曲约束钢板剪力墙的抗震性能发展现状进行了梳理和归纳,同时综述了装配式钢板剪力墙结构的抗震性能,总结了装配式钢板剪力墙的发展趋势。综述表明,具有可恢复功能的全装配式钢板剪力墙结构结合减震技术共同应用是今后的发展方向之一。
The prefabricated steel structure conforms to the concept of full life-cycle green building. The popularization and application of the prefabricated steel structure is an important way to realize the industrialization of new buildings. Prefabricated steel plate shear wall structure is an important application manifestation of the prefabricated steel structure in high-rise and high seismic fortification intensity areas. Satisfying seismic performance is the key to its application. Scholars at home and abroad have studied the seismic performance of prefabricated steel plate shear wall structure. On the basis of in-depth analysis of previous studies, the working principle of the prefabricated steel plate shear wall, and the configuration form of four-side part connection and two-side connection between the shear wall and frame were introduced. For prefabricated steel plate shear wall with holes, fabricated steel plate shear wall with slits, prefabricated stiffening steel plate shear wall, prefabricated low yield point steel plate shear wall, fabricated corrugated steel plate shear wall and prefabricated buckling constrained steel plate shear wall, the development situations of their seismic performance were combed and concluded. Simultaneously, the seismic performance of the prefabricated steel plate shear wall structure was summarized, and the development trend of the prefabricated steel plate shear wall was concluded. The review shows that the application of the fully prefabricated steel plate shear wall structure with resilient function together with seismic mitigation technology is one of the future development directions.
