摘要
患者满意度是患者对所经历的医疗保健服务的感情状态的反映,是反映医生和医院服务质量的重要指标,提升患者满意度对改善中医门诊诊疗质量具有重要意义。中医门诊由于其独特的中医药文化属性,影响其患者满意度的因素有别于西医门诊。笔者从患者、医生以及门诊角度分析了影响中医门诊患者满意度的因素,并针对性地提出了解决方案,对中医院提高门诊满意度、更好地服务患者具有一定的参考意义。
Patient satisfaction is a reflection of the emotional state of the patient's experience of medical and health care services and is an important indicator reflecting the service quality of doctors and hospitals.Improving patient satisfaction is of great significance to improving the quality of outpatient treatment of Chinese medicine.Due to the unique cultural attributes of traditional Chinese medicine,the factors affecting the satisfaction of its patients are different from those of Western medicine clinics.This article analyzes the shackles that affect the satisfaction of TCM outpatients from the perspectives of patients,doctors and outpatients,and proposes targeted solutions,which have certain reference significance for improving outpatient satisfaction and better serving patients in TCM hospitals.
