摘要
为掌握温度、盐度和深度等海洋基本水文参数,介绍了温盐深传感器发展历程,分析了温盐深传感器敏感元件的应用现状,在分析海洋测量中温度、电导率和压力敏感元件结构、原理的基础上对比其优缺点,促进温盐深传感器应用,获取更准确的海洋科考、工程活动参数信息。
In order to grasp the hydrological parameters of the ocean,such as temperature,salinity and depth,the research introduces the development course of the CTD sensor;analyzes the application situation;and compares the advantages and disadvantages based on temperature,conductivity and pressure sensitive element construction and principle,in order to promote the application of the temperature,salinity and depth sensor,adopt more accurate ocean scientific investigation and engineering activity parameter information.
