Lightweight Application of QR Code in Engineering Safety Monitoring

摘要 针对快速获取工程安全监测信息的需求,研究基于二维码的信息管理软件,根据每个建筑物、监测设施由代码自动生成唯一的二维码,保存在数据库并张贴在监测设施表面,后台管理采用PHP、MySQL开发以B/S方式实现。通过智能手机的微信扫描各二维码,实现获取监测设施、监测日报等信息。本技术适合线性、大范围工程施工期或运行期的监测信息管理,实现主动、实时、精准查询安全监测信息,可作为短信、微信方式被动接收安全监测信息的一种补充方式。成果在珠江三角洲水资源配置工程中成功应用,可供类似项目参考。 Aiming at the requirement of quickly obtaining engineering safety monitoring information,the information management software based on QR code was studied.According to each building and monitoring equipment,the unique QR code was automatically generated by the code,saved in the database and posted on the surface of the site monitoring facility.The background management was developed with PHP and MYSQL,and implemented in B/S mode for similar projects.Each QR code was scanned by WeChat of smart phone to achieve active access to monitoring facilities and daily reports.This technology was suitable for monitoring information management of linear and large-scale engineering during construction or operation period,and realize the active,real-time and accurate query of safety monitoring information.It can be used as a supplement to the means of passive receiving security monitoring information by SMS and WeChat.The method has been successfully applied in the Pearl River Delta water resources allocation project.It can be used as reference for similar projects.
