摘要
浅埋隧道因其赋存条件复杂、地质条件差,同时常受地下水的影响,给施工带来很大困难,加之围岩的变形控制要求,在隧道开挖时进行超前注浆加固很有必要。而传统超前注浆支护采用全断面水平超前注浆,要达到超前注浆效果,普遍存在注浆距离长、注浆时间长、注浆效果没保障、不经济、影响施工进度等缺点。本文结合长沙地铁5号线高桥南站暗挖地下通道工程,提出一种平顶直墙暗挖隧道分部超前注浆支护方法,为浅埋软弱地质段隧道超前注浆提供更为有效、精准、快捷、相对成本较低的超前注浆方法,以保障后续开挖支护施工安全。
Shallow buried tunnels are difficult to construct due to their complex conditions, poor geological conditions, and affections always coming from groundwater.In addition to the deformation control requirements of the surrounding rock, it is very necessary to carry out advanced grouting reinforcement during tunnel excavation.The traditional advanced grouting support adopts the full section horizontal advanced grouting.In order to achieve the advanced grouting effect, there are such general shortcomings as long grouting distance, long grouting time, no guarantee of the grouting effect, diseconomy, affection of the construction progress, etc.Based on the underground passage project of Gaoqiao South Station of Changsha Metro Line 5,a kind of partial advanced grouting support method for the tunnels with flat roof and vertical wall is proposed, which provides a more effective, accurate, and relatively low-cost advanced grouting method for the shallow buried weak geological section tunnel, so as to ensure the safety of subsequent excavation and support construction.
