摘要
为贯彻习近平总书记2019年在北京召开的学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上的重要讲话精神,各级各类民族大学对推进新时代少数民族大学生思政教育认可度越发重视,因为新时代少数民族大学生不仅是未来民族地区建设的生力军,直接影响着民族地区未来社会经济、文化的发展,更是维护地区稳定、促进民族深入交融、民族团结进步的中坚力量。本文通过问卷调查的形式对少数民族大学生的思想政治现状进行调查研究,了解他们当前的思想、学习和生活状况,发现他们在思想政治方面所面临的问题,进而提出可行策略。为探索科学有效的民族大学学生思想政治工作提供有效支撑,为民族地区培育优秀的社会主义建设者和接班人提供对策。
In response to the speech of General Secretary Xi'Jinping at the Symposium of Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses held in Beijing in 2019,universities of various ethnic groups at all levels have paid more and more attention to promoting the recognition of ideological and political education for ethnic college students in the new era.Because college students of ethnic nationalities in the new era are not only the new force in the construction of ethnic areas in the future,but also directly affect the future social,economic and cultural development of ethnic areas.What's more,they are the back bone forces in maintaining regional stability,promoting in-depth integration of ethnic groups,ethnic unity and progress.This paper investigates the current ideological and political situation of ethnic college students through questionnaire survey,tries to understand their current mind states,learning and living conditions,finds out the problems they face in ideological and political aspects,and then puts forward feasible strategies.It provides effective support for exploring the ideological and political work of students of Minzu universities,and provides countermeasures for cultivating excellent socialist builders and successors in ethnic areas.
