摘要
目的研究在进行尿常规检验当中阴道分泌物对于检验结果所产生的影响。方法本文调查时间为2018年4月至2019年8月,设置观察组:所有调查对象为在此期间来我院妇科进行就诊的102例妇科患者;设置对照组:所有调查对象为同期到我院进行妇科就诊的另外102例妇科患者。对两组调查对象分别通过专业的尿液采集方法和常规的尿液采集方法进行尿液采集,比较两种不同尿液采集方法的尿常规检验结果。结果观察组在白细胞检出、红细胞检出、蛋白质检出、上皮细胞检出等方面都明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在开展尿常规检验时,通过阴道分泌物进行检查容易使得检验结果产生较大的误差,因此要注意对女性尿液采集方式的选择,以防止阴道分泌物影响整体的检验结果,这是提高妇科检查效果的有效措施。
Objective To study the effects of vaginal secretions on routine urine test results during routine urine tests.Methods The investigation time was from April 2018 to August 2019.The observation group was set up:all the respondents were 102 gynecological patients who came to our hospital for gynecology during this period;the control group was set up:all the subjects were in the same period.Another 102 gynaecological patients who underwent gynecological visits.Urine collection was performed on the two groups of subjects through a professional urine collection method and a conventional urine collection method,and urine routine test results of two different urine collection methods were compared.Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of white blood cell detection,red blood cell detection,protein detection,and epithelial cell detection(P<0.05).Conclusion When carrying out a routine urine test,the inspection through vaginal secretions is likely to cause large errors in the test results.Therefore,attention should be paid to the selection of female urine collection methods to prevent vaginal secretions from affecting the overall test results.This is to improve gynecology.Effective measures to check the effect.
