摘要
目的研究活血续断汤治疗脊柱骨折椎体成形术(PVP)后恢复的临床疗效及对血清骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP)、β-胶原特殊序列X(β-CTX)水平的影响。方法选取2018年9月—2020年9月收治的95例行PVP治疗的脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(47例)和试验组(48例)。对照组采用止血、抗感染、负重锻炼等常规治疗方法,试验组在对照组的基础上给予活血续断汤进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗后临床疗效、B-ALP、β-CTX、炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平及不良反应情况。结果对照组总有效率82.98%(39/47)优于试验组总有效率97.92%(47/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后B-ALP、β-CTX、CRP、IL-6水平均降低,且相比于对照组,试验组各指标降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论活血续断汤对于脊柱骨折PVP术后恢复疗效较好,能够明显降低B-ALP、β-CTX以及炎症因子水平,同时不会增加不良反应发生,安全性较高。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Huoxue Xuduan Decoction for spinal fractures after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)and its effect on serum bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(B-ALP)andβ-Crosslaps(β-CTx).Methods Ninety-five patients with spinal fractures underwent PVP in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were enrolled,and divided into two groups by random number table methods.Control group(47 cases)received routine hemostasis,anti-infection and weight-bearing exercise,based on this,experimental group(48 cases)received Huoxue Xuduan Decoction.Then various indexes were compared between the two groups,including clinical outcomes,serum levels of B-ALP,β-CTX levels and inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)],as well as the adverse reaction rate.Results The clinical efficacy rate was 97.92%(47/48)in experimental group,which was better than 82.98%(39/47)in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of B-ALP,β-CTX,CRP,and IL-6 of the two groups of patients decreased,and compared with the control group,the indicators of the experimental group were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Xuduan Decoction has a good effect on postoperative recovery of spinal fractures with PVP.It can significantly reduce the levels of B-ALP,β-CTX and inflammatory factors without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
