煤矿带式输送机智能控制系统设计与应用研究 被引量:15

摘要 针对某煤矿企业带式输送机运行效率低、安全性能差、电能损耗严重的问题,开展矿用带式输送机上智能控制系统设计与应用研究,对系统进行了实际应用验证。结果表明,系统控制系统运行稳定可靠,实现了井下带式输送机集中控制与远程控制功能。应用该控制系统后实现了节能降耗,节约了带式输送机运维人员,降低了煤炭掘进的成本,对带式输送机控制系统设计具有重要的指导意义,也对智能化矿山建设起到了重要的推动作用。 Aiming at the problems of low operating efficiency,poor safety performance,and serious power loss of belt conveyors in a coal mine enterprise,the design and application of intelligent control system on mining belt conveyors were carried out,and the system was verified in actual application.The results showed that:the control system is stable and reliable,and realizes the centralized control and remote control functions of the underground belt conveyor.After the application of this control system,the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction has been achieved,saving belt conveyor operation and maintenance personnel,and reducing the cost of coal tunneling.It not only has important guiding significance for the design of belt conveyor control system,but also plays an important role in promoting the construction of intelligent mine.
