流式细胞术在肿瘤诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤作为一种难治疗、复发性高的疾病,其早期特征性变化和标志物的发现是临床上进行肿瘤控制的重点难题。流式细胞术作为定量分析和细胞分选的一种检测技术,具有检测准确、敏感度高、参数多的优势,在肿瘤诊断方面具有重大的应用价值。基于此,该文分析了流式细胞术在肿瘤临床诊断中的应用。 Tumor is a kind of disease which is difficult to treat and highly recurrent.The characteristic changes of tumor in the early stage and the discovery of tumor markers are the key problems in clinical tumor control.As a detection technique of quantitative analysis and cell sorting,flow cytometry has the advantages of accurate detection,high sensitivity and multiple parameters,and has great value in tumor diagnosis.Based on above mentioned,this paper analyzes the applications of flow cytometry in clinical diagnosis of tumor.
