前列腺特异性膜抗原靶向近红外荧光手术导航技术在前列腺癌中的应用进展

摘要 随着手术导航技术的快速发展和临床应用,靶向近红外荧光(NIRF)术中导航正在向临床应用快速转化。传统的吲哚菁绿(ICG)等荧光染料难以满足靶向荧光手术的需求,但其所用手术设备可直接用于近红外Ⅰ区靶向染料引导的手术导航。前列腺特异性膜抗原(PSMA)靶向NIRF染料中的配体也由抗体、多肽、小分子向多模态和可被PSMA酶活性激活染料转变。抗体偶联NIRF染料研究最早,目前已经进入临床试验阶段。PSMA PET的广泛应用使其相关配体正在迅速向荧光手术转化。因此,本文现就PSMA靶向手术导航技术在前列腺癌中的研究进展进行综述。 With rapid development and clinical application of surgery navigation system,targeted surgery navigation is rapidly transforming into clinical use,which is the developing trend of fluorescence guided surgery(FGS).Traditional fluorescent dyes such as indocyanine green(ICG)are difficult to meet the needs of targeted FGS,but the surgical equipment can be directly used for targeted near-infrared(NIR)FGS.PSMA targeted NIRF dyes have been developed from antibody/peptide/small molecule conjugated NIRF dyes to multi-modal or activatable NIRF dyes.Some prostate specific membrane antigen(PSMA)-targeted antibody conjugated NIR fluorescent dyes have entered the clinical trial stage.With the wide application of PSMA PET,the related ligands are rapidly transforming into fluorescent surgery.In this article,the research progress of PSMA targeted surgery navigation in prostate cancer is reviewed.
