摘要
通过分析网络招聘信息,梳理行业对物流技能型人才的需求,利用TF-IDF算法、LDA主题分类模型进行定量分析,得出制造业人才关注度要素,梳理了物流专业人才培养课程设置,发现高职院校课程设置还是以基础课、基础技能为主,与制造业行业需求存在脱节。
In this paper, by analyzing online recruitment information, we went over the demand of the logistics industry for skilled talents, and using the TF-IDF algorithm and LDA subject classification model for quantitative analysis, we obtained the order of pertinence of logistics talents for the manufacturing industry, and examined the training program for the logistics specialty talents, discovering that the curricular setting of higher vocational colleges was still focused and centered on basic courses and basic skills, which is quite detached from the needs of the manufacturing industry.
